Your data belongs to you and that will always be the case. Crolync does not own any of your data, you do. By engaging with crolync and our services, you do give crolync permission to utilize your data in different ways. These activities might include backing the data up, standardizing it in order to function within our platform, encrypting and securely transferring it over our network, etc. As we are a cloud-based operation, these normal activities may also include conveying your data to our business partners, such as a network operator. This type of collaboration will never risk your ownership rights, as crolync ensures that our contracted partners share the same commitment to maintaining and protecting client data ownership.

Beyond this permission to perform the operation necessary to provide you our services, you retain all the rights to your data. If the time comes that you, as a user, want to cease using crolync products and services, your data leaves with you. Crolync will never maintain a user’s data when they decide to conclude their partnership with us.

We understand that by using our services, you are putting your faith in us, that we will be responsible stewards of your data. We do not take that fact lightly. Customer trust is foundational to us. We put safeguards in place to protect your data from accidental loss and theft. Everything you provide to crolync is stored in a secure data center with redundant servers and backups. All communication is encrypted and secured to and from our servers. We are continually looking for ways to improve data protection.
